Head, Outsourcing Management
Description
To oversee, co-ordinate and complete assigned projects on time, within budget and within scope.
To facilitate alternative modes of recovery such as sale of distressed assets and businesses via database marketing and smart partnerships with external parties.
Tasks & Responsibilities
To collaborate and lead cross-functional teams for smooth implementation of division initiatives to facilitate recovery from identified portfolio segments.
To assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor, track progress and measure project performance.
To manage and complete assigned projects on time, within budget and within scope.
Prepare proposal papers and status reports to be tabled to the relevant committee or Board, as and when required.
Ensure that portfolio and project management strategies fully comply with Shariah, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements; as well as prevailing policies and procedures of the Bank.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Notes: Senior Manager & Manager, may carry the same job description however with different degree of complexity in assigned projects.

Qualification & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of related experience. Knowledge of recovery, legal, civil litigation and/or specializing in recovery from other financial institution is an advantage.
Good professional ethics and occupational track records.

Experience
• Contributed and collaborated with stake holders to prepare project papers related to recovery and assets management, postmortem review according to Bank Negara guideline, • Led a sub-team of staff and external agencies • Performed analytical procedures to identify significant accounting and auditing issues and developed recommended solutions through team discussions. • Practiced effective communication with managers and clients from different organisational levels while building good working relationships. • Able to multitask under pressure and deliver according to deadline • Able to take senior role and give ample judgement according to company policy and procedure
