Head, Outsourcing Management

Description

  • To oversee, co-ordinate and complete assigned projects on time, within budget and within scope.
  • To facilitate alternative modes of recovery such as sale of distressed assets and businesses via database marketing and smart partnerships with external parties.  

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To collaborate and lead cross-functional teams for smooth implementation of division initiatives to facilitate recovery from identified portfolio segments.
  • To assist in developing detailed project plans to monitor, track progress and measure project performance.
  • To manage and complete assigned projects on time, within budget and within scope.
  • Prepare proposal papers and status reports to be tabled to the relevant committee or Board, as and when required.
  • Ensure that portfolio and project management strategies fully comply with Shariah, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements; as well as prevailing policies and procedures of the Bank.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Notes: Senior Manager & Manager, may carry the same job description however with different degree of complexity in assigned projects.

Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience.  Knowledge of recovery, legal, civil litigation and/or specializing in recovery from other financial institution is an advantage. 
  • Good professional ethics and occupational track records.

Education

Degree in Accounting and Finance

Experience

• Contributed and collaborated with stake holders to prepare project papers related to recovery and assets management, postmortem review according to Bank Negara guideline, • Led a sub-team of staff and external agencies • Performed analytical procedures to identify significant accounting and auditing issues and developed recommended solutions through team discussions. • Practiced effective communication with managers and clients from different organisational levels while building good working relationships. • Able to multitask under pressure and deliver according to deadline • Able to take senior role and give ample judgement according to company policy and procedure
