• Acquiring new, managing and maintaining good quality portfolio.

• Perform marketing and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
• Recommend suitable Bank’s products that fit customers’ business needs.
• Comply with internal and external standards, risk and compliance requirements in all financing application activities.
• Provide end-to-end customer relationship management:

-  Execute task in account management and coordinate specific interventions.

-  Plan and execute collection and post disbursement activities.

-  Prepare request for changes to terms at financing (pre and post disbursement).

• Implement and adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Notes: For Manager, Senior Executive, Executive; carry the same job description however with different portfolio.

• Obtain quality portfolio.
• Account Management.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
• Provide and recommend the right intervention program for the development of SME entrepreneurs.
• Monitor collections and the post disbursement activities and any changes on the financing.

• For Manager, a minimum of 5 years working experience in banking and operations.
• For Senior Executive, a minimum of 3 years working experience in banking and operations.
