Senior Executive, CF Portfolio Management

• Account Management of Program financing portfolio including post disbursement activities until full settlement of the financing.  

• Account Management of Program Financing Portfolio
• Preparation of Annual Review and post disbursement activities.
• To maximize customer profitability through disciplined relationship management and up-selling and cross-selling
• Ensure full compliance to all set external and internal rules, policies, standard operating procedures and client charters.
• Ensure that competency and motivation of staff in the region are kept at the highest level.
• To ensure staffs to comply and report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds) breaches of Employee Code of Conduct, robberies & burglaries and any other matters deemed required from time to time.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

• Achievement of all budgeted targets including financing portfolio growth, profitability, cost effectiveness and asset quality.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
• Provide and recommend the right intervention program for the development of SME entrepreneurs.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in banking and operations - Senior Executive
• No minimum experience required, Fresh graduate bachelor’s degree - Executive
• No minimum experience required, Fresh graduate Diploma – Associate

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields possession of relevant professional qualifications fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any)
