Executive, Disbursement II Team I

Description

  • Managing administrative support to the financing disbursement through efficient service delivery and effective control mechanism ; and
  • Managing and monitoring existing Non Contract Financing portfolio bank wide to ensure maximum profitability for the Bank through disciplined relationship management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To ensure adherence to all applicable credit & regulatory policies & guidelines at the point of documentation for disbursement of facilities.
  • To perform and update the respective systems involved in disbursement and monitoring purposes. (Maker function)
  • To perform disbursement process to maximum turnaround time target i.e 2 days from receipt of complete application/request dates subject to compliance of the terms and conditions.
  • To perform, check and confirm financing data are correct prior to “instruct to disburse” in respective system. (Maker function)
  • To ensure Aqad cycle is completed prior to first disbursement.
  • To ensure Bankers Accuity search is conducted prior to disbursement for all beneficiaries.
  • To perform and restrict refund process to maximum turnaround time target i.e 2 days from date of notification from customer subject to the complete supporting documents.
  • To monitor and ensure timely repayment of outstanding prior to maturity date and to trigger any early warning signals / irregularities and highlight the issues to the respective business function for futher action.
  • To ensure the existing facilities are timely reviewed & renewed and all required changes are properly undertaken for continuous utilization.
  • To ensure existing Non Contract Financing portfolio provides maximum profitability for the Bank through efficient service delivery and effective control mechanism.
  • To comply & report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), connected parties, frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of Employee Code Of Conduct, robberies & burglaries.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience in commercial credit and Operation & Support Administration.
