Executive, Micro Recovery

Description

�  To implement account management of impaired financings for accounts under portfolio of RM1.0mil and below or any accounts assigned by Head;
�  To implement portfolio-based rehabilitation/workout and recovery efforts and actions in maximizing the collections and recovery process for accounts assigned by Head; and
�  To manage and execute recovery actions for accounts that does not comply or fail under the workout program.

Tasks & Responsibilities

a. Recovery & Legal Action;
▪ To proceed with litigation and foreclosure actions if avenues for rehabilitation/workout program did not materialize;
▪ To manage, maximize and expedite collections for accounts under portfolio;
b.  Rescheduling & Restructuring/ Turnaround
▪ To manage and execute recovery via rescheduling/ restructuring/ workout exercise for viable and potential accounts to be turned around;
▪ To review and analyze impaired accounts under portfolio periodically and to determine the best course of actions to rehabilitate the accounts;
▪ To prepare proposal memos for rescheduling/ restructuring/ workout programs for approval of relevant level of authorities (LOA);
c  Reporting
  Updating the following reports;
▪ FIC’s matters arising; weekly basis ▪ BFIC and EARC, top 30 impaired; ▪ Task force; and
▪ Portfolio updating to Head, Remedial & Recovery
▪ Staff to comply & report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of Employee Code Of Conduct, robberies & burglaries.
▪ To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Notes  : Manager/Senior Executive/Executive carry the same job description however with different
 assigned customers portfolio.

Accountabilities

�  Identify the most appropriate actions to be taken for accounts under portfolio to maximize recovery; Implement and execute rehabilitation/workout plans on impaired accounts under portfolio including
�  but not limited to restructuring, rescheduling, negotiated settlement, arrangement of payment in order to maximize recovery;
�  Implement and execute workout plans to maximize recovery of impaired accounts under portfolio;
To compile data and information and prepare financial reports as required by the respective parties and management on monthly basis or as and when required.

Qualification & Experience

A minimum of 3 years of related experience with good professional ethics and occupational track records.

Education

A minimum of a Degree in Accounting, Business or its equivalent in relevant fields, and in possession of relevant professional qualifications.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in related industries; with good professional ethics and occupational track records
